Perspex Fabricated Lettering & Signage - Made any thickness up to 3 meter high Letters.

We manufacture custom made perspex fabricated signage. These are for outdoor and indoor use, made in any size or colour.

We manufacture custom made perspex lettering of all sizes. Internally illuminated with Neon or Led Lighting.

The lettering is created out of a perspex. We normally use a white opal perspex to allow the light to shine through the perspex to keep the translucent properties to get a great glow from the signage faces. The lighting is very evenly distributed.

perspex fabricated letters with vinyl to the faces of the letters

These letters have a translucent vinyl applied to the faces of the letters.

The way the letters are produced is by first cutting the faces with a cnc router and then forming the sides of the letters with 80mm to 120mm stips of perspex. The perspex is shaped according to the form of the letters. The back of the letters are in a 10mm pvc material.

led's inside the lettering to illuminate the perspex fabricated lettering

The backing of the letters have the lighting component.

The lettering backs are cut out of a foam pvc as they are hidden so a low cost material is used for the backings. We then apply led signage modules for the lighting, these are evenly placed so they ensure the lighting is evenly distributed.
