Lamination Serives
The application of plastic film lamination to display posters, signs and boards can be single sided or double sided , hot or cold. The successful application of laminating film has many variables and requires extensive experience. Plastic film lamination protects originals, enhances graphics and signage with a wide range of surface finishes. It can also increase rigidity for handling and reduce UV fading for longer life of printed material and inkjet prints.

CNC Router Cutting
CNC Router cutting are used for cutting, engraving and dispensing. These are used by signmakers, architects, custom cabinet makers and pattern makers. They use 3 to 6 axis CNC motion control systems that drive these cutting machines. We cut stainless steel, aluminium, Alucobond or MDF letters we can supply and install these letters and shapes for you.
Stainless Steel Polishing
Stainless steel polish cleans and provides a natural sheen to improve the appearance of stainless steel. Stainless steel is used for many household items because it resists stains, though stainless steel does have a tendency to become dull with use and it can stain when it is in prolonged contact with heat. But those dull or stained objects can look shiny and new again if they are properly maintained with a special polishing process.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut materials, Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high power laser, by computer, at the material to be cut. The material then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high quality surface finish. Industrial laser cutters are used to cut flat-sheet material. Laser cutting creates three-dimensional or 3D letters that have been laser-cut from various materials, such as metal, aluminium, plastic and perspex. Laser cutting produces a perfectly accurate result. They are ideal for both indoor and outdoor uses, including building signs, indoor waiting rooms, wall applications and free-standing units.
Site Surveys
We have a national sign survey network that understands how to carry put a professional sit survey. While on site, if one of our field technicians is asked to make, fix, install, or remove signs, we will refer this information to you. Packing & Distribution
We make sure the goods are well packaged for transport. In most cases we will provide you witha quote on the packaging. We like to use bubble pack with cardbaord so a double layer of protection is used for goods while in transit. iSpace includes in its package one or a combination of the following value-added services, where required:
1. collating prints and panels, 2. wrapping bulk and individual packages, 3. producing address labels and 4. organising couriers and freight. These important tasks are handled by production and packing staff, as well as our Freight/Courier Manager.
Vinyl Cutting
A vinyl cutter uses sharp blades to cut into material, which is then hand-fed into the machine. There are literally thousands of colour options available with vinyl cutting, as well as a wide range of quality choices to meet any budget and satisfy any taste. These are the most popular type of signage used today. Often used on windows and the faces of lightboxes. Vehicle Signage has become very popular with using vinyl as the colour source. Application tape is used to ensure that the signage is aligned straight to achieve perfect results. Short term signage projects are a perfect match for vinyl due to the cost of cheaper vinyls.
Poster change-outs
We offer the service of going to site a changing the images in your poster frames and lightboxes. We often do this as part of re-printing your images. We understand the value of changing your nmessages on an on-going basis and that's why we offe this service to you. PMS Colour Matching
Colour Matching: Please provide a colour swatch or quote PMS colours. All due care will be taken to ensure print colours used match reference numbers as closely as possible. Lamination & Mounting
Types of laminates include 4 types of finishes that you need consider: Sandtex , Matt , Gloss ,Satin.
Some Types of mounting substrates include:
-Card boards :2mm thick suitable for heavier weight paper and photos, ideal for smaller images than need that extra weight.
-Foam boards :Superb for lightweight displays where a larger print requires hanging with either velcro or double-sided tape.
-MDF boards: The use is suitable for permanent display projects which need extreme accuracy in critical alignment. And it’s less likely to ding when knocked -Forex boards:
There are cheaper boards around but they are not as consistent in thickness. 90% of our customers prefer mounting on this surface: it’s thinner, lighter and extremely smooth.
-Gata Ply board :This board is reinforced foam board with firmer front and backing sheets. We stock black Gata as a norm for the sexy shadow line it crates when hanging on a wall. Available in 5mm and 10mm, it’s fantastically flat, it will hang flatter and longer when ordinary foam gives in.
