Engraved Brass Signage

Brass Lettering

We make Brass Satin & Polished looking letters. The Brass polished look is achieved by a second process to the brass where it gets highly polished. It's recommended that the brass is powder coated in clear to keep it from tarnishing from the oxidation in the air. Available range of thicknesses\ gauges depending on your specific needs. As a general rule Brass lettering, like all lettering increases in price.

Engraved & Paint Filled
We make Stainless steel, Brass or aluminium plaques, The first stage is engraving the plaque. To ensure a perfect cut, we do at least 2 passes. After a desired depth is reached we begin the paint filling process. In this case we have an off-white colour for the lettering as this plaque will be bronzed. The paint fill in process happens, we can match any PMS colour. Edges worked for smooth finish. Plaque is machine linished until the perfect finish is achieved. The plaque is then coated in a UV stable lacquer, dried & recoated to help ensure the longest life of the plaque.
Graphics applied to glass
Bring digital-quality colour graphics to your flat glass. This is done in 3 ways: (a) Self Adhesive vinyl in alomst any colour may be applied to the outside or inside of the glass. (b) To print on clear vinyl in reverse. This can then be applied to the inside of the glass, the actual printing has to be done in reverse. These clear prints then need to be backed up in white vinyl. (c)The clear Self adhesive vinly with digtial print is installed to the inside or the outside of the glass. The result here is an image that is transparent. By printing upon optically clear film and installing in-situ, we can quickly and easily make your images appear part of the glass.

Engraved plaques can generally be manufactured and delivered within two weeks. We can match an y PMS colour as part of our manufacturing process. Untreated Polystyrene Signs
Polystyrene is a lightweight product used primarily for indoor or temporary outdoor signage. This durable material is ideal for the customer seeking cost effective signage. Typical applications include the following signage: indoor point-of-sale,temporary signage,low-cost signage,trade shows. We supply these letters and shapes in a natural white finish for you to paint if you wish. They are generally used for short term promotion typr signs. Polystyrene lettering can be supplied from 10mm to 400 " thick and up to 2 meters hig. Choose basically any font and these can be painted in almost any water based colour. Supplied in a natural white finish, painted. Logos can also be made to order.
Engraved Signage
Engraved signs have traditionally been the preserve of Doctors, Dentists and Solicitors and continue to adorn the doorways of their premises. The perceived values of reliability, security and dependability are readily associated with this type of sign. The permanence an tamper proof security of engraved signs is not present in vinyl cut signs. The permanently engraved surface has the advantage of not being susceptible to unauthorised letter removal or charge. Engraved signs are less easily damaged by cleaning than vinyl cut letters. There is also no dust attracting glue present on an engraved sign. They have a higher perceived value compared with vinyl cut signs, whilst being comparable in cost when purchased direct from the engraver.

Vertical Banners on poles
These banners can be made from traditional vinyl applied to a colour banner which is custom made to size. We also make digitally printed banners and have them made into a sown pocket system to slide over a mounted pole. These poles can be powder coated to match yourt biulding. We also offer them in Stainless Steel if you want an upmarket look. The system is mainly used for outdoor signage. There is a top pole/ beam and a bottom pole/ beam with a banner mounted bewteen them. We create the banner with the right tension so it sits nice and stright. The use of nicely designed on-site avertical graphics is an easy and proven method.

Fabricated Letters with Neon
Perspex fabricated letters are chunky individual letters, crafted by hand. Regarded as a premium branding method, they are often internally lit with neon tubing, mounted on pins and raised off the surface – so as to stand out. There is a great variety of colour available for this type of signage. The faces are referred to as the face and the sides are called the returns. The returns can be made with different depth's to stand away from the face to create specific shadow and lighting effects. Neon lights are also sometimes used as the light source or LED lighting.
LED Edge-lit engraved Signs
LED And Edge Lit Signage for a variety of applications supplying a range of flourescent, cold cathode, fixed colour LED and variable multicolour LED 's. Some fact:* They may be engraved, lasered, have vinyl graphics applied or any and all of the proceeding. * For large runs, screen printing is the answer. Traffolye Engraved Signs
We can produce traffolyte engraved labels. Labels can be made to any size or shape required (depending on material used) including holes for mounting push buttons or gauges and meters. These can be added to your machine or product to give a durable, professional, high quality finish. We can engrave 1, 10 or 10000 sets of parts either with an identical design or incremental elements such as serial numbers.Traffolyte is UV rated and suitable for internal and external use. This material (Standard Engraving material) comes in over 50 color combinations.
Fabricated Items sprayed
Aluminium fabricated letters are made by hand using aluminium stripes and welded to the faces of the letters or shapes we creating. They are then sanded to give a fantastic up market look. They are normally used outdoor as a mian identity style signage option. We can sprayed in 2 pac paint gloss or matt. We normally make them so they protrude from the wall with special spaces/ brackets. The finished product is a clean three dimentional look. They often see them with a neon halo efft type of illumination.
Countertop POS
Counter top displays take many forms depending upon the promotion period they are required for. Our custom designed and manufactured countertop displays can be just exactly how you require.Counter top displays are an ideal way of raising the profile of a product at the point of sale (or purchase). They are often used as a cost effective means of widespread distribution of merchandise in a simple form that most retailers will be able to use. Sales of products can be expected to rise significantly when a custom made counter top display is used to draw attention, especially for impulse purchase items.
Banners for fence mounting
When mounting banners to cyclone wire fences eyelets only can be used. The required tension can be gained for the banner to be wrinkle free. The recommended spacing between eyelets is 500mm. Fixings are best achieved using heavy duty plastic ‘electrical ties’. Wind ‘holes’ in large banners are required when the banner is exposed to wind on both sides. A banner is like a large ‘sail’ in the wind and can generate huge pressure and tension on banner fixtures and fittings. Mesh banners that are ideal when wind conditions are a consideration. They allow air flow so there is no need to cut wind holes in the banners and hence reduce dangerous wind loading, we offer the option of supplying you with a Mesh Banner and also installing the banners for you.
