3. When you're happy with the route on offer, we get started and we deliver – on time and within budget.
It’s as simple as that!
Getting us your artwork
In order to quote and manufacture your job we will need artwork from your end. Before we can move into the quoting and advisory stage we need to see your artwork.
When sending through your files we will make sure they are kept private. We will need the artwork saved in EPS format. Our Apple Macs and Pc's are running the latest versions of all adobe and Coral draw products across the board. We prefer the originals to be sent for the best quality prints according to exact PMS colour matching,as this it will make the pre-production process between us & you the client alot quicker and easier.
Our production and design department use programs including the Adobe Suite CS3, CS4 – Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign, as well as CorelDraw X3. If your files are too large to email, we do make use of uploader sites on the internet to accept file transfers.
Getting us your artwork should be an easy process. Should you not have the have an online storage space where large files can be uploaded with ease.
If I bring my logo on disk or email it - what format is required?
*For full color printing
- we can take most graphic formats such as .jpg, .gif, .tif, .eps, .ai, and most bitmap or vector formats. We use Apple Mac & PC format.
We also have scanners and can scan good quality art. The better the original art, the better the final result.
* Supply of graphic files
- Artwork can be supplied on CD's or DVD's. You can also e-mail your file (if the size is less than about 9MB) or we accept files sent to storate sites on the internet.
* For cutting vinyl lettering we need a vectorized format.
- We have the ability to extract art from just about anything but we will charge accordingly for art clean up.
To avoid a logo reproduction fee, you should provide us with your artwork on a disk. For best results, we need an Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. All text must be converted to outlines and the layout can NOT contain any gradients or raster images. Also do not use any stroke fills. In Adobe Illustrator the file must look the same in "Preview" and "Outline" views. We cannot guarantee that your file will successfully import, even when all of the above guidelines are met.
